Our story

Transparency for the RUO peptide market

PeptideSource exists to help researchers compare suppliers, COAs, and pricing — without the noise, guesswork, or hidden quality gaps.

Why we built PeptideSource

The research-use-only peptide market has grown fast — but the information researchers need to make good decisions hasn't kept pace. COAs are scattered across supplier sites, pricing is hard to compare across vial sizes, and batch history is rarely surfaced in one place.

We set out to change that. PeptideSource aggregates publicly available supplier listings, normalizes pricing to a consistent price-per-mg metric, and organizes COA and batch data so researchers can evaluate quality before purchasing from a vendor.

We are an information platform. PeptideSource does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of peptides. We help you compare — the rest is between you and the supplier.

Why we exist

Our purpose

  • Surface COAs – Make batch-level test results easy to find and compare.
  • Normalize pricing – Compare products across vial sizes with a consistent price-per-mg metric.
  • Build supplier trust – Track verification status, documentation consistency, and listing accuracy over time.
  • Review before publish – Every scraped listing is normalized and admin-reviewed before it appears on the platform.

Research use only

PeptideSource is designed for laboratory and research professionals comparing research-use-only (RUO) peptide suppliers. Products referenced on this platform are intended for research purposes only — not for human consumption, clinical treatment, or diagnostic use. Nothing on PeptideSource constitutes medical advice.

Thanks for being part of the journey toward a more transparent peptide market.
