PeptideSource Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PeptideSource (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old to use PeptideSource.

2. Description of Services

PeptideSource provides a research peptide discovery and comparison platform. We aggregate publicly available supplier listings, normalize pricing and product data, surface COA documents, and present supplier trust information. All data is provided for informational purposes only.

PeptideSource does not independently test peptides, verify COA authenticity, or guarantee the accuracy of supplier listings. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before purchasing from any supplier.

3. No Sale of Products

PeptideSource is not a vendor, distributor, or marketplace for peptide products. We do not sell peptides, accept orders, process payments for peptides, or arrange shipping. Any purchase you make is directly between you and the supplier. Links to supplier websites are provided for convenience only.

4. Account Registration

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Misrepresent your affiliation with PeptideSource or any supplier
• Use the Services to facilitate human consumption of research peptides
• Submit false or misleading information

6. Data Accuracy

Supplier listings, pricing, COA data, and trust scores are sourced from publicly available information and normalized by our systems. While we review data before publication, we make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Pricing and availability change frequently — always confirm with the supplier before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

The PeptideSource platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by PeptideSource and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Supplier data, COAs, and product listings remain the property of their respective owners.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Notice.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PEPTIDESOURCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PEPTIDESOURCE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. NOTHING ON THE PLATFORM SHOULD BE CONSTRUED AS MEDICAL, CLINICAL, OR HEALTH GUIDANCE. CONSULT A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL FOR ANY HEALTH-RELATED DECISIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDESOURCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PURCHASE FROM A THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptideSource from any claims arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your purchase or use of products from third-party suppliers.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
